Where has the time gone? Where did term two go? It flew right past us all but we still managed to achieve so much in both Code Club and Robots/Arduino Club! Code club had us all working through some scratch, hour of code, code combat as well as playing lightbot on our new interactive television. In Robotics Club the newbies earned their Arduino licences while the long timers moved on to building their own robots from the ground up. Both terms ended with some fun while we made our own stop motion movies (available to watch and download here: www.coderedlands.org.au/videos)
Can’t wait for next term!
Welcome to Code Redlands
Code Redlands is a coding and robotics program dedicated to creating a an environment where we can explore, learn and create. With Digital Literacy a new focus for the future, we want to augment digital literacy skills by offering space, technology, and facilitators. We hope to equip the next generations of Queenslanders with STEAM (Science Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) skills to find their own place in an increasingly digital world.
Redland Libraries offer School Holiday Activities throughout the year for children aged 8 and above.
