How time flies when you are having fun. Last week students played a game, learning to hide ninjas by repositioning them on a webpage using CSS. It was a challenge, but lots of fun. And there was chocolate for everyone at the end of it all. If you wanted to have a go at it yourself, the lesson and the code are available here under week 6.
Hiding the ninjas marks the end of the formal learning scheduled for this term. The last 2 sessions will see our participants creating their own websites from the ground up. We are excited to see what they come up with! All of the parents are invited to come 15 minutes before the end of the final session (December 2) for a bit of show and tell. We will also make sure to post the sites online so that students will be able to show their work off to the world.
